Fire fighters from Mason Fire Department will give an overview of the technologies used by fire fighters and paramedics.  Get a tour of various equipment and tools used in emergency situations.

Lights, Camera, Action

The production manager for the City of Lebanon's Channel 6 will show participants the ins and outs of filming and producing shows for a local television station.  Get a look through the lens of the camera, and then step into the production truck to see what happens behind the scences.

Learn about the components of a basic electrical circuit - resistors, capacitor, diodes, and the basics of creating and reading a schematics.  During this session you will read a schematic to assemble a basic electrical circuit to light a LED.  Will you see the light?

Not Just Another Pretty Fact

Ever wondered what you would look like if you had a virtual makeover?  How about if your image could be "morphed" into your best friend, your favorite celebrity, or your favorite animal?  In this workshop you'll be using special software to make your own, unique images.  You'll save your work onto a flash drive to take home to share with your friends and family!

Lessons of the Heart

Get hands-on experience with an EKG (electrocardiogram), an AED (automated external defibrillator), and heart rate monitors, and learn how fitness relates to these devices.  Find out what technology is used by personal trainers and in cardiac rehab.  You'll learn lessons about keeping your heart strong and healthy.
